FICA projects would be undertaken in the areas of:
· Modern Food Biotechnology;
· Street foods;
· Safe food handling;
· Contaminants in cereals, grains, fish and fish products, ground local spices;
· Health and lifestyle (particularly: healthy eating and maternal health care);
· Consumers’ understanding of food and nutrition topics.
